I am having this same issue with my newly built pc.
I have a Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 mobo and after installing and uninstalling drivers
, software, changing settings, removing ram, changing power options to maximum power for pci card and wifi, restarted, rebooted, updated all drivers from Gigabyte, chipset drivers, etc.
Windows will not see a network adapter after sleep. Everything works fine after restarting. I have S3 enabled in bios as that is what I want. I have case fans that I don't want to hear with no option to turn them off. Otherwise, i'd be fine with S1.
I have unchecked "allow Windows to turn off this device" restarted and tested and I get the same issue. I have unchecked this box in all of my networking devices:
802.11n Wireless Lan Card #2
Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter
Is this just now a working feature? I just want to be able to put my pc to sleep and resume with a working wifi card.
