    Administrator rights

This computer is a on the network with domain called TMM. The user who logs on the workstation cannot print bill of entries with security settings cleared in explorer browser. But if he logs in to the same workstation domain administrator account he can print it correctly. How can I give him administrative right.
He are using windows 7 professional for workstation

Welcome to the windows 7 forums Ivon.

Could you be a little clearer in your explanation of the print problem?

Do you mean that there are no printers available to the user without admin priv's?

If so then as admin, whoever installed the printers needs to check the security settings for the printer to make sure that domain users can use the printer.

Here is a snapshot of printer properties security.

Hi richnrockville, there are printers available on the network and everyone can print. But there is one particular user who has to print bill of entries (particular format paper) from the web site. And when printing it should give only four pages. After editing the custom levels in security section in internet explorer.. the print should come out to four pages but it comes to 8 pages. But if I log in to administrator and give the same print it comes to 4 pages. so this user has to be given administrative rights so that he to can get only 4 pages when printing.

Give him local administrator access on the PC. Right click computer and select Manage. In the left hand side of Computer management select local users and groups. Go into groups and then add the user name to the Administrators group.

You will need to be logged into an Adminstrator to do this.
