Did you tried using Troubleshooting wizard?
Often, the problems will get solved by using the troubleshooting wizard itself. So, give it a try.
Check whether the modem is secured by MAC filtering feature or by such kind of security facilities.
Comment here if the problem still persist.

hi thanks for replying. I tried the troubleshooting wizard it just ask me to restart my modem. Last time i don't have such problem. I don't think my modem got anything kind of security features since i didn't do any changes to my modem.
