| | Do Wireless extenders really work? If I buy a wireless extender does it really work that well? You can also plug in a LAN cable for it. Quicker? |

| Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit Build 7600 / Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 Mexico | At least here in mexico you can plug another lan cable for the WiFi extender... I really don't know if it works, but im sure it should  See ya!!! |

| | plug a lan cable into a wireless extender? uh nope, never heard of it being done, but I guess I never looked them up. But yes, they really do work. But what works just as good if not better is buying an "N" capable router and adapter (and either canceling the ability for "g" capable or lower to connect, or not connecting any. wireless extenders are made to carry the WIRELESS signal further in a building/outside, they do not offer any other benefit |
