Won't share on Laptop ''linkstation'' problem.

I've bought one of those linkstations by Buffalo. Problem is at first it would share files with my PVR now it doesn't. Also it won't share via the laptop.
I've got a switch and router.
It will share to this computer via either the switch or the Router but still won't share to the laptop.
I am wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that it is a 2TB drive???

Can you help? yes that means you....

Can you answer some questions... yes that means you!

What OS are these machines running? How do they connect?

    What do you mean by:

The 3 computers are all windows 7
I have connected the linkstation to the network via a switch of which there is one and a router of which there is one but I can only see the linkstation via this computer.

Please physically describe where each PC connects, router or switch. Also, are all PC's wired, or are some wirelessly connected? Perhaps refer to them as PC1, PC2, etc. Need a clear image to try and help u! 98% of these issues are at the physical layer, so lets start there.

I also believe there is a sharing issue between the linux os running on linkstations and terastations that can prevent Win7 from seeing these linux shares. I have run into this before and I will have to search for that fix...

It's ok I have found the problem.
1st DLNA has to be selected to share with the PVR and also to get the share on the laptop to work i used the installation disc for it to see the Linkstation.
