both your wired and wireless connections are on at the same time, yeah?

try disabling your wired (ethernet) connection then using your wireless.

disable ethernet adapter through device manager.

if it's still not getting full signal, cycle your router and modem... modem first, then router.

Limited Access means your laptop didn't get an IP address from your router.

Take time to review all the wireless settings: Network Name (SSID), security (WPA, WPA2), PSK Key, wireless mode (802.11g, 802.11a, 802.11n) etc. They must match *exactly* between the router and your wireless adapter or you won't connect.

You mentioned you have a Broadmax router, what model? Also what firmware version is on the router?

    Let's start with that.
