Combine 2 Bandwith from different or same ISP

Hello Friends

i cme agin, i hve trouble,
i have 2 modem stick usb with same isp. with speed 3,1 mbps
just each modem has a different username and password (for access)

I want to combine both modems speed

I've been exploring everywhere, but instead made ​​me confused by reading it. i'm using XP (sorry before)
I have to do is plug them into my computer to the modem is first detected in com7 and modem 2 is detected in com8
then I dial the two finally connect both

then I checklis in network settings "Negotiate multi-link .. blah blah .." result is the same speed bandwithku not increased 2-fold ..



what a friend who can help me maybe with a software or something
