Have you gone through that tutorial and followed all those instructions? They can only help you, and though your problem isn't like it, it still may pertain to it.

Hello sarathsnair,

If you have not done this yet, try assigning Static IP to your LAN setting.
Setting a Static IP Address in Windows 7 - PortForward.com

Test your connection after and give us an update of your current status.

I tried this and WORKS FINE...!!! But another problem is that i have to set up the ipv4 settings as mentioned in the above link. How can i use it by "obtain ip address automatically" ?
When i set to obtain address automatically my problem again persists....

I would stay with Manual IP for now, if it's not giving you any issues.

I agree with 2xg. Static IPs are the better way to go here... especially if they work!!! Just make sure that you stay in the same subnet: 192.168.1.xxx with a 255.255.255.0 subnet mask and all is good!
