Readding my wireless network didn't fix it.
Where do I locate my broadcom adapter to uninstall it?

Looks like the device id is 4315,... I don't see anything like that on their driver list.
Is it so old it isn't supported anymore or am I doing something wrong?

Clockwork - Did you follow this link on how to locate your Device ID?
If you don't mind doing a print screen of the Device Instance ID and post it here, so that we could assit you.

Have you reset your (neighbors) router and or modem by unplugging for 30 seconds? If not try that first...

And... are you sharing with neighbor, or is neighbor sharing with you???

Also, for the driver... go to manufacturers site; Dell has a great system for drivers. Just plug in your systems Service Tag# and you will be sent to all the drivers!

Neighbor is sharing with me.
I asked her to reset it but she is out of town. She said she would ask her roommate.
Nobody else is having trouble connecting though.

The dell system says it only works with windows xp or later... I found a broadcom bluetooth driver version a015.5.0.4100 but will that work since I am using windows7?

If everyone else the neighbor shares with can connect, then no need for a reset as the issue is with your pc.

If your Win7... you are "or later"
You have to choose your OS, to select the Win7 driver. Here:
