seperate file and print sharing in Windows 7, Like Vista does

on my windows 7 system, advanced sharing has
"turn on file and print sharing"

on my vista system, file and print are separate controls, which i like. so i can share printers without worrying about access to my files.

is there a way to separate these?

in other words , turn on/off file sharing, turn on/off print sharing,
independently
