So both your machines connect to the same router or you are using one computer as a relay to your router by having 2 networks on it, if so are these both wireless or is one wired.

Is Virtual server enabled on the router. Are all the computers part of the same workgroup. Also try disabling the firewall on the network bridge in network connections, or at least adding an exception for file and printer sharing.

Are both networks on the same subnet and IP range?

e.g. one side of the bridge has subnet of 255.255.255.0 and is using IP's in the range 192.168.1.(1-30) and the other side is using subnet of 255.255.255.0 and is using IP's in the range 192.168.1.(30-60)

This will also help prevent IP conflicts if IP's are not already configured manually.
