Is it directory services restore mode? I don't remember seeing that one last time I was on this screen. And I tried the "repair your computer" bu it didn't work.
No, none of those will fix the problem, I'm afraid...

See the post before my previous post. And a DVD ISO is a DVD image that you can burn to disc, if you can find a burner that works.

Good luck with your computer. Sorry I couldn't satisfactorily resolve your issue. Maybe another member on here will have more ideas for you.

The PID mentioned indicates that the Ultimate installation is a Retail one - either Full or Upgrade (can't tell which, but I suspect it's an Upgrade)

Depending on how the install was doen, it may well have wiped the Recovery Partition.

Stuck in startup repair. How long is too long?
