Homegroup not working - PNRPsvc or p2pimsvc not running

Error when trying to get the Homegroup working properly is:

Either the Peer Name Resolution Protocol service (PNRPsvc) or the Peer Networking Identity Manager service (p2pimsvc) is not runningNot fixed
The Peer Networking Grouping service (p2psvc) depends on both these services in order to function properly

I try to start the PNRPsvc and get the attached error.

    Thanks!

The below information was taken from here:

"Peer Name Resolution Protocol" will not start?

    From an elevated CMD prompt.
    Net stop p2pimsvc /y

    Then delete the following file.
    "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst"

reboot and you should be able to rejoin the homegroup.

Let me know if it works or not.

Negative on both. I can't leave the homegroup and it's just my desktop I'm having issues with.

Disable your anti-virus and try again.

Are you logging on as administrator?

In services can you confirm which account the PNRP Service is using to 'log on'?

They're all running under the same account. I changed all 4 services to run under my admin account and it still doesn't work. Gives me the same errors when trying to start the primary service.

Are there any events in the Event Viewer?

Also, click start>run. Type in cmd. In the Command Prompt type 'sfc /scannow'. This will scan the System Files for damaged files.
