Network Sharing hardwired from computer to Xbox. Xbox NoInternetAcess

Hey I am having problems connecting to Xbox live because it has no internet access and I have tried lots of protocols and nothing is working. I need help! I am not a computer savvy person but I think I have done enough resetting and going through countless forums. Okay here is the deal I am upstairs and my wireless connection is downstairs with 4 out of 5 bars of reception. I connect the Xbox to my laptop and it has no internet access for some reason. Mind it was working not that long ago with te same connection then one day it just decided to give out. Here is my list from ipconfig/all in the CMD prompt. If someone could help it would be much appreciated.

According to this, your Xbox is not connected to the LAN.

Appreciate the reply man! I found out the problem myself last night. All it was was a shared box that wasn't checked for my adapter. It's the littlest things that cause big problems. I can say now I am more sufficent in the network and sharing center after all the trial and error.
