Wireless adapter still connecting to old network name

Hi all,
I have have an issue with my systems seeing each other on the network, one time there all see and next not. I have two wireless connections, one running win 7 HP and the other Vista, and one wired system running win 7 pre x64. I have not tried tackling the vista system yet the win 7 is enough right now. I thought I narrowed it down to my firewall and was instructed by manufacturer to bounce the filter on the wireless adapter. When I do this it reconnects using an old network name that I removed from the managed wireless network list. I don't know where it is still picking it up from. Any ideas?????
