Windows 7: megaupload is down and i need some help with workaround

I found a better fix than that- the garbage dump!

I cracked the machine open before I tossed it though- the
internals were starting to resemble petrified wood

Guess I still coulda used it for Knoppix or other Linux
but hey, I got an old lappy for that. Come to think of it, I probably
should have kept it to get more practice in on building de-militarised zones
etc- ahh well - I could probably go back to the dump and find a $5 junker,
pay the seagulls guarding it and get out of there with the same result!

how to make storage web site like megaupload.com
im not looking to buy a domain name right now im trying to figure out what kind of hardware ill need then software then ill worry about ads domain name and ECT. so how would i go about creating a web site such as megaupload starting with hardware that's needed

Megaupload won't load in any browser
megaupload went down yasterday and couldn't open it i tried to ping the site in cmd and it didn't work so i changed the dns to google puplic dns (8.8.8.8) and now i can ping the site in cmd but when i open it in browser i get (Network Error (dns_server_failure)) so i'll be really thankful if...

Is there a workaround to use all 4GB of RAM?
Thought I'd read somewhere that thwere is a tweak to let Win Home Prem 32 bit access all of the installed RAM? Or was I dreaming?
