Wireless networking problems after malware removal

System: HP Mini 210-2100
OS: Windows 7
Problem: Wireless networking connection

After runing Malwarebytes and removing the problem the wireless networking stopped working. Prior to removal wireless worked fine. Assuming Winsock or IP was corrupted, I used netsh reset commands to no avail. I have had this problem with XP and simply did an upgrade install of windows, but since this is a netbook (Mini pc) and have no windows disk to use. I am unclear how to proceed.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cyggie

Or can anyone instruct me on accessing the windows install partition (for an upgrade install) on the HP Mini 210?
