Scenario - I have to fix this remotely

I've read through most of the 16 pages of posts, but still can't find someone with the same situation. I have a computer that was added to the domain and then shipped to a location that doesn't have access to the domain. Something weird happened where I couldn't get the print spooler to start, so I was going to do a system restore, but can't log in as the administrator and the user account that is currently logged in doesn't have rights to crap. I can't remove it from the domain, can't enable the local admin account, can't modify the registry, and I have to fix this remotely as it is in a location that is many many hours away. I ONLY have remote access to the computer, so safemode is out of the question as well as booting to a disk. Anyone have any ideas about this one?
Thanks,
Wes
