ICS depedencies are marked for deletion. Need help fixing.

I fell prey to the Antivirus 2012 scam malware recently and I installed Malwarebyte's to take care of the issue. It removed the malware, but now my ICS will not start and it states that the dependencies have been "deleted or marked for deletion." and will not start the ICS. I have restarted my comp, deleted the malware removal software, what can I do? Thanks for the help and have a Merry Christmas.

    Run System File Checker.

    • Click on Start, type command prompt.
    • Right click on Command Prompt at the top of the window and select Run as Administrator.

    • In the Command Prompt Window, type (or copy and paste) sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Vista and Windows 7 tell you if there were and problems, XP does not. You can examine the SFC results as follows:

Open a Command Prompt (does not have to be as Administrator):
    • Type (or copy and paste) findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt and press Enter.
    • Type (or copy and paste) notepad sfcdetails.txt and press Enter.

I have never used ICS so am not very familiar with it and Google is not turnin gup much useful information.

My recommendation would be to buy a router and stop using ICS.

Hopefully one of the other folks here has some ideas.

I've been cleaning those up all over the place, though fortunately not on my own computers.

Go here and see if this helps:

Remove Win 7 Antispyware 2012 and Vista Antivirus 2012 name changing rogue (Uninstall Guide)

There are some tools there to restore the registry setting which the virus messes up.
