| | Alex, I've given you a wireless suggestion, when you said hard drive, is this an internal HDD. I assume that you will be doing file sharing. So again, all you need is a Wi-Fi Card if you have not got this yet. Hopefully, the computer is not too far away from the WAP. How far is it? |

| | thanks wonder dog king, this case has been solved. the cable Installer ran a cable directly adjacent to my router which was hard wired to desktop. the laptop connected wirelessly. thnkss guys |
