Trouble sharing an internet connection through HOC network.
Okay, I'm going to start this off by saying I don't really know a lot about this stuff so, um, go easy lol. So me and my brother have been trying to both connect to the internet through a HOC network. We've checked the option that let's you share an internet connection, but when I connect to the HOC network I'm the only one who can connect to the internet even though he's the one physically connected via a cord. The same thing happens (but in reverse) when I'm the one with the cord. We both have acer aspires, though his is slightly newer.
Are we even supposed to be able to do this? Also, if we can get this working, would we be able to play minecraft together through hamachi?
If we can't, what would be the next best, easiest and cheapest method?
