My ISP changed few settings 1 day ago.But other people in my lan are downloading from torrents. I tried a downloading 10mb file.The download begins and after few secs , the error comes "Access denied" . If your computer is behind a proxy server then you cannot connect to any peer because by definition you are not connected to Internet in short you dont have a direct connection to Internet. And as torrent is direct peer to peer download mechanism. You cannot download anything by torrent or neither you can share any file through gtalk and other this kind of softwares that uses peer to peer sharing mechanism..

But you will be able to download from HTTP and ftp servers.

Try changing were you are saving the torrent too.
