Will windows 7 work with my dynex wgdtc pci card

I have a Dynex wgdtc pci card and im wondering if its compatible with windows 7. I tried installing the software for the card in windows 7 (vmware) in linux and it didnt work. That may be a vmware problem but I'm not sure. Also can you check my computer specs and tell me if I can use windows 7?
