SSL Error during VPN Connection

I have two different VPN for work, one is using OpenVPN and other one using SonicWall. When I connect with either one of those, Windows 7 (Ultimate Edition) doesn't let me access to any SSL type connection. It could be https or ssh into any machine, or even RDP connection. It give an error saying " Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end". Similar error while ssh'ing into any box. It's strange that it happens with both VPN connections. I tried using the same VPN connection on other machine and it works great without any problems. What could cause this issue? Is there any way to repair it besides having to reformat? I have already scanned for viruses/spyware and cleaned my computer.
