Have you tried different ports on the router?
Do you know why 2 ports are red and 2 are yellow?

In the link with the configuration page it list Port Bindings, I'm not to sure what they are but are there any ticked on yours?
You could try ticking the LAN Port that you are trying to use on the router.

If none of that works I would suggest contacting the modems manufacturer. If you still have access to the routers configuration page when ethernet is plugged in then it's has to be something in the router or a faulty router.

Exactly what it says. Are you using a single subnet for both WiFi and LAN connections, as you should be... or are you using different subnets in error?

Google Subnet, or look in your routers settings, if you want to understand more about the topic - but all you really need to know from me is that if you've set your router to use differing subnet coordinates for each connection then these connections will never work simultaneously...

That kinda describes your issue, n'est-ce pas?

Perhaps a reset to the factory default is your answer. Do print screens of the current router settings, it's best to reconfigure all from scratch.

that was useful ,, but no ,, I'm not using different subnets for WiFi and LAN connections..
just be sure that I understand : they are both (255.255.255.0) that's what you'd meant, right ?

In all your adapters your subnet masks match that of your router?

I'm glad it's useful, but we can only give you pointers. You have the hardware in front of you, we don't.

Silly question, but have you tried another router?

I Just want to clarify few things
*that when the Ethernet Cable is plugged-in ,,, the IPv4 connectivity on the Laptop is "Internet access"
but on the Desktop "No Internet access" ,, though I have no access on both computers.

I have no Idea why there is 2red & 2yellow ports , however I used them all

I'm on a vacation , and this is my dad's place. Earlier , he contacted the modem's manufacturer , they came by the place ,,
and they figured out that there is something to do with the Modem ,, so they changed it --> same problem --> changed it again
--> I'm pretty sure that they don't know what they are doing .. so, I'm trying to figure this issue with you guys.

@Duzzy: ticked all boxes and tried each port with a tick ,...

mmmm ,, What else ??!

What configurations would I perform to get Internet access on the Desktop.. I will try to Update the Ethernet driver on it , any other suggestions ?
