Please post your "ipconfig /all > network.txt & network.txt" in command line without quotes. So I can see if the router is even giving your computer an IP address. If not I can get a better picture of your connection.
The fact that you can connect to another AP and yours cannot seems to me you should try a factory reset of the router(How to Reset a Router Back to the Factory Default Settings | eHow.com) and re-do your network settings (the ssid, pass key, etc). Since you already tried the other troubleshooting steps.
