Do you have a router? The 48.200.184.92 IP address is unrecognized by nslookup?
If it's failing now, please do this from a Run box and post the output here:
cmd /c "netsh wlan show all > postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"
I'm not sure how much data that will yield so if it's a lot, then upload the postme.txt file and add it as an attachemnt.
