Are you OK with this: Turn on Remote Desktop in Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek
I mean can you allow this?
Because the log above says your connection is completely fine ! I am getting puzzled myself ! If that is not OK with you I'll try a different method. BTW, try pressing Fn+F2 two times consecutively after 3 seconds gap. Also can you give me your Dell service tag?

On the bottom of the system. It's a 6-9 digit alphanumeric code. Will you be able to establish a remote desktop connection with me or should I guide you?

Here's what you need to know:

I will access/change only the settings of your computer, not the Hard drives, files etc.
You can disconnect any time you wish.

Is that OK? Please take a look at this video:

All you need to do is to give me the IP Address and port.

No actually you should be very careful when giving access to strangers. I cannot guarantee that the problem will solve but i can safely assume that I'll try my best. But before remote desktop connection (the video above explains the steps thoroughly). Please watch the video and follow the exact steps. Then just give me the ip/port(shown in video).

Then I think we will need to try a different route. If this video can't load...remote Desktop won't load too. and as you say iPhone, I think the data cost is too high in USA. Can you recheck the service tag? When did you buy the laptop?
