Windows 7P and Windows 2003 shared folder access

I have a Windows 2003 server folder shared to a specific group in Active Directory. One user on W7P 64 bit cannot access it, but can when he is logged into a Windows XPP computer. It must be something with permissions or security on the W7P 64 machine - Ideas?
