Windows 7 - have connection but no internet access

my name is nurudeen. i came accross this forum on my iphone apps. i have been battling with the caption for a week now. I ran 'cmd' as instructed in your tutorial. please, see the result below. i don't know what next step to take.

Hi, from the screen you have provided no network device is enable or working i.e no connection to a router as no IP addresses are present (wired or wireless) - all show as media disconnected !!! Can you a bit more specific what your setup is so I can look at it further ..... tks.

OK, so now I can see you have a wireless card which has been given an IP address from the router of 192.168.43.34, that is ok so far but to find out why you are not getting onto the internet, can you go onto your router's setup page - for you I'm assuming you would type 192.168.43.1 into your internet screen. You need to check if your ISP details are correct i.e. the information they gave you when you joined them.

Have you been on the internet before with this PC or is it new ?
