Cant connect to internet

Hi, First of all sry for my bad english hope i make sense to some of u guys I have problem with my pc for 3 days now and try everything but it not seem to working. I have 2 pc at home and it allways work fine until 2 days ago one of the pc wont connect to the internet. I check with the internett company and the line is fine they said also get the pc to the pc shop and it work fine they too. It seem the pc can logg on nett every where else but not my house. It weried tho since the other pc work fine at home. The one thing i noticed is it wont connect to the home nettwork it keep bouncing to public nettwork all the time even after i ask it to stay on home nettwork. What can be wrong? I try everything even buy all new cabels and no support center seem to be abel to help me I just got this PB 4 mnth ago and the worst thing is when no one seem to listen to me all they did was * had u try to reset it or unplugg the modem or sry we cant help u So this is my cry for help to nett community out here. I hope some nice ppl will help me out a bit i would be gratefull for urs kindness

My 1st suggestion would be to test the line and connection with another pc, laptop etc. and we`ll go from there.

The line is there cause my Acer have the internett on also son's ps3 is working on line aswell. I even took the modem to inlaw house to test it and it work fine they too. I even bought a new router incase the old one is broken but still pB wont work it seem it cant read the Ip adr some how. Thx for urs answer

That`s really strange. Go into network and sharing center click on the connection and click diagnose.

Allerdy did all that also got driver update but nothing wrong with em at all. It seem like the pc wont work here at my house but work well any where else. My old Acer is up and running from my house tho.

Any way thx all for the reply guess i will go *sobb sobb some more

pekingduck,
You can also do a restore back 3+ days ago and see what happens, if nothing either leave things or reverse restore back to original/todays date. Another thing is to update all antivirus and malware then reboot into safe mode and run both and see what if anything comes up. Maybe do this step first then move to a restore back to before the problem occurred. Report back with what you find or don't.
