cds48.sin9.msecn.net eating my bandwidth

Hi
Something was eating my bandwidth.
When I checked it using tcpview tool I found that two links
cds32.sin9.msecn.net
cds48.sin9.msecn.net

Eating my bandwith and they are associated with svhost process.

Initially I thought that this is downloding update but even if I stopped automatic updates it still usages my bandwidth.

Anyone has Idea about this , How to check what data is being uploaded to above mention microsoft websites ?

Thanks

Do you have msn installed?

A whois shows it as being owned by Microsoft:
Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email

The support email for the domain is: msnhst@microsoft.com

Suggests an msn hosting server? Disable msn and then check again.
