Windows 7 odd issues

We are rolling out new Windows 7 machines and having some odd issues. Domain setting.

First, all out users have mapped drives to our server, then My Docs redirected via GP. On the new Windows 7 machines ONLY, not XP, randomly a users documents will be grayed out with an "x" through each of them. The bottom of the explorer window will say offline. A reboot or three will fix the issue, but only temp.

Also we have Citrix and again randomly a users client will not be able to see the farm and can't get their apps. Again a reboot or three will fix it.

I can ping both, I can browse to the servers in question from that client while the issue is happening.

Thanks for any help!

Hello,

Can you give more information about this.

Whats the Server OS? Do you have offline files enables? Are they connecting via wire/wireless? Are you using the mapped drive in the GP to redirect the My Documents folder?
