Sharing folders/drives only w/in homegroup not entire network?

I see the folders that Windows by default shares w/ computers in the homegroup. (I also see there are some "public" folders.)

If I enable sharing on add'l folders or drives, are they available to all computers on the network? I'd like them to be available to those w/in the same homegroup only. Thx.
