Wireless not working?

Hello!

I just did a complete full system restore with an OS disc. (Windows 7 x64)
I have a Dell Alienware M11x.
I downloaded all the drivers from: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers (as told by dell tech support)
Everything works fine exept the wireless.
My other laptop picks it up fine, the rourter it is very close by.
I tried resetting the modem and rourter.
I can only connect this laptop via ethernet.

No wireless options come up in Device Manager, only ethernet.
It's like all the wireless drivers I downloaded did absolutly nothing.
I tried calling tech support again but they want to charge me $100.00 for the information.
I have tried everything. Any suggestions?

Thank you

I downloaded everything that was under the M11x option.

There were a few things that were related to wireless.
I checked to see if I downloaded all of them and they're all here.
If one of the downloads didn't work, I wouldn't even know which one it would be.

All of the wireless related downloads applied to:
Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100
AR8132 LAN 10/100
Wireless 1520 MiniCard WLAN for Desktops
ASSY,CRD,NTWK,BLTH,365,DT,2
Wireless 365 Bluetooth Module
Wireless 5620 EVDO-HSPA Mobile Broadband Mini-Card

When they are finished downloading they just say "All files were succesfully unzipped" nothing else pops up. I don't know if that means success or not lol.

Can you establish from the spec of your particular model what wireless device it is actually using then install that one only. If previously, no wireless device was showing then either the wrong driver has been installed or it is not being recognised by the OS.
Can you also check in device manager if any network adapters have a yellow exclamation against it.
