Remote Desktop Connection can't access PC 1, but PC 1 RDPs PC 2?

I can remote desktop from PC1 to PC2, however I cannot remote desktop from PC2 to PC1?
I turned off Windows Firewall on PC1 and PC2 still couldn't remote desktop PC1.
The ports are forwarded on both PCs.
Any help please?

Hello,

Check the Operating System of PC2, it needs to be a business edition of windows to allow remote desktop connections, i.e. home premium will not be able to do it.

If it is Windows 7 Pro then have a look at the below step by step guide:
Allow Remote Desktop connections from outside your home network

It's all inside the LAN. I have Remote Desktop Connection to PC1 from outside the WAN.
The prob is PC2 on Windows 7 Ultimate to PC1 on Windows 7 Ultimate inside the LAN.

Did you have a look at that Guide and check the steps? They will apply to internally as well.

Do you have any anti-virus on the PC's which has a built in firewall? This will need an exception adding.
