No network access
i have this problem for a long time. in our family we have 3 laptops and 2 desktops.
and we only connect to the internet 1 by 1 using a internet cable because our router is not working. and whenever my brother connect to the internet, he will be connected in few seconds. then after its my turn to connect, it says no network connection. but when i try on my brothers' laptop again, he can still connect to the network in just a sec. my brothers' laptop is a asus, mine is hp. i tried release and renew ip but it doesn't work, i tried netsh winsock reset catalog didn't work, i tried reset my isp modem restart my laptop still didnt work, i also tried system restore also didn't work. sometimes i can connect to the network. i cant figure out where is the problem. please help me... thanks in advance
