    Internet disconnection for wireless device


    So I've or more specificly my dad have internet problems with hes Laptop running wireless. Sometimes he drops down to 1/5 or 2/5 signal strenght. Hes sitting just undernet it. about 2 meter away. While both me and my mum experiance barley any problems.

    Don't really know where to begin. So just throw me tips and i will try em all out and come back to you tell ya if it worked. Also if there is some Info you are missing please don't hesitate to ask.

    Compac CQ61 is hes model by the way while our router is a D-Link DIR-635 and the router is a Zyxxel P-660H-D1

    Hi Legaia,

    You might want to update the Wi-Fi adapter's driver to the latest one by dowloading it from the Manufacturer's site, it might help.

    Also, please install and run Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector from your Dad's laptop. Double click the Xirrus Icon on his laptop's desktop, Tap the Printscreen key on your keyboard, open up Paint then choose Edit from the Menu and select Paste, then SAVE it. Upload and attached the file here.
