    Pamela Problems

I've had nothing but PROBLEMS with Pamela software (most recent, pro version) in conjunction with Skype. I cannot for the life of me, configure Pamela so that it records a screen-sharing session (with my seeing on my PC screen another distant PC screen). I've been told that "Oh, yes - It can be done!" by a "customer service rep" from Pamela; however, he gave no explanation WHATSOEVER as to how to configure Pamela to do this. Long story . . . too long already!

Soooo, I just wondered whether anyone out there knew of a good screen-sharing software that would allow me to still use Skype in the call (to speak with the other person) yet to give me the ability to record the screen-sharing session (as this is a very important instructional tutorial what is being shared with me) in its entirety in full screen.

I'd be extremely appreciative if anyone could offer any type of solution.

    Thank you.

    Back To You, Pamela

Thanks so much zigzag for your recommendation. But, two things:

1.) Am I able to record the video screen-sharing session on Team Viewer?
2.) Are we able to talk to each other during the screen-sharing session?

I need both audio and video on this. We had been talking back and forth to each other during our Skype-To-Skype screen-sharing sessions, with the person on the other end showing me his screen on my computer while, at the same time, explaining to me all the parts of the software program he is showing me. But I haven't been able to record the session which is critically important for my learning curve.

Thanks so very much zigzag for your help here.

Yes, you can talk during a screen sharing session. "Talking" can be with audio and/or video. You also can text/chat. You can record on your end what is being shown from their computer, but the resulting video file is in a format that can probably only be played by TeamViewer.
