| | Weird Internet Connection Sharing problem Hallo, I have a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and a desktop running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. The laptop is connected to internet through a wireless network connection which is set to Home network and is set to share its internet connection. The desktop is connected to laptop through a LAN cable. The weird thing is that suddenly the desktop tells me that I am connected to multiple networks through that wired local area connection. One network is always displayed as home network and the other one as unidentified. Both are without internet access. How do i make this scenario work? PS: I was searching around this and other forums and tried out a few tutorials but nothing helped. I am helpless. |
