High download speed and signal, high ping in games, slow page loads

Recently, I reinstalled my Netgear wna3100 driver. Ever since then, I've been experiencing problems with high pings in games where I normally never had problems with. Pages load slowly even just the home page of Google.

I've attached my ipconfig picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

To Disable Selective Suspend:

open the control panel
go to power options (you may have to set view to small icons)
click change plan settings
in the window that opens:
click change plan settings
click change advanced power settings, expand usb and ensure usb selective suspend is disabled.

I would also (while the device is plugged in)
go into the control panel - system - device manager - click the properties for it and make sure it's set to always on there as well.
I don't think the ipconfig can tell us much here since it's a data rate problem of some sort and not a actual connection problem from the sound of it.

The two things I mention above will hopefully keep your system from putting the device in 'low power mode' which may , or may not help your current problem.

I'm also curious if your system has recently slowed down in any other ways?

okay i did everything.

Other than the network, my computer has not slowed down in any other way. It's components are pretty high end. Also, before, I had crossfired graphics card enabled but the network was being slow. I disabled xfire, network was perfect. Then now, it's the same problem. However, I'm not even running xfire cards anymore :/ is it a mobo problem?

It could be in so far as there is a shared interrupt request with an apparently non existent video card. Or at least that's what it is sounding like.
If you are familiar with the system bios resetting the bios or even just the ESCD (if the bios has that option hp's are usually pretty slim in that department) could clear up the device conflict from the motherboard's perspective.

All of that is just in following with your thought though, I can not promise it will help.

is there anything else that might be causing the problem?

Also under my networks, there's two names, but they are the same connection.

Home Linksys is the name from the router. but the native wifi is the one my wna3100 netgear wireless adapter connects to for some reason. When i installed the driver for the adapter, it made the native wifi connection

I am not familiar with that configuration. My first instinct is to remove one of them. ....like I said I'm not familiar with that though it would seem one of them is redundant.

whenever i try to remove, it just comes back. The selective usb suspending hasnt helped. Im still getting slow load times and high ping. I'm not entirely sure how to do that bios thing you're talking about though
