    Remote desktop issue

Ive got two workstations that both have windows 7 64 bit installed. When I enable remote desktop on one to get into the other with network level authentication I am not allowed to login with Admin. However if I try to log in with a user I can get into it. Ive made sure to all selected Users and allowed Admin but it is called Administrator. I thought about going to user accounts and rename Admin to Administrator but i get an error with it saying it already exists. Suggestions because I am stumped??

    EDIT:
I have reset the firewall and was forced to allow remote desktop connections.

    Hello,

Does the admin account have a password on? If not, you will need to put one on.

Make sure that the Admin account is enabled and is in the Administrators and Remote Desktop Groups.

Check to see if its enabled by doing the following:
Click Start>Type 'cmd' and press enter. In the command prompt type 'net user USERNAME' and press enter. In the information it displays it will say if it is active or not.

Check the User Groups by diong the following:
Click Start>Right Click Computer and click manage. On the left hand side select Local Users and Groups, click on groups and then check in the Remote Deskop Users and Administrators.

You could always try an alternative to what Windows has built in...

    Supremo Remote Desktop :)

Logmein is another good one if you're going down that route...

Did you check the user groups? - It will be something to do with the account permissions if other users can log on.

ive used logmein the past and after awhile they will want you to pay and the good features are in the paid one. Teamviewer is a free one that I use with my iPad, but im looking for something a little better. I would like to get it windows to work, but if I dont i will go back to Teamviewer

What does Comodo have to do with it? You never mentioned it earlier and I don't see the connection. All the documentation is available from the link I provided and Google can no doubt find you more user opinions.

It states that the program doesn't have to have router or firewall modifications

I was under the impression the firewall was blocking a connection from coming in. sorry though, didnt read fully on the site. Id really like to get remote working, if I cant I will go back to TeamViewer again.
