PUBLIC DRIVE at work almost out of space.

Ran Windirstat and it showed all the folders and what % of the drive it was taken up but it didnt all add up to 697GB. Clicked the option to show Unknown it put that there with a size of 490gb. How can I search the unknown and see what size files I can't see?

Have a look at the following:
Tips for finding files

Try running an advanced search for files/folders bigger than 1GB. You will need to do this on the PC that is doing the fie sharing. Not from a client.
