    Wireless connectivity issue

    Hello.

I got a new laptop from Italy with a pre-installed Windows in Italian, I re-installed the Windows and everything works fine except for the Wireless network.
I have installed the Network Adapter driver, but it doesn't see any Wireless connections.
It says "No connections are available".
I can connect fine via cable or 3G Modem, but not through Wi-Fi.
The Wireless signal is ON, yet when I troubleshoot the Wireless Network Connection I get the message:

Windows cannot resolve your wireless connectivity issue.
    *after I click Next*
Problem found: Problem with wireless adapter or acces point Detected!

I've been reading various forums, but so far nothing has worked.
    Can someone, please, help me?

    Thank you very much.

1 - do we know for sure the router is properly configured?

barring that it sounds to me like you may have gotten the wrong driver, but it's just close enough for the device to detect.
Would help to have more specific information regarding the the hardware in question.
    i.e. model number of computer

I guess so, since my other laptop, phone and tablet can connect just fine.

Quite possibly, since I downloaded the drivers from the Internet.

    Taken from BIOS:

    Product Name: eM355

And on the back it says:

Sticker 1: eMmachines Series; model PAV70.
    Sticker 2: eMachines 355-131G25IKK

Edit: I just managed to read a very little written text that said something about WLAN: Broadcom BCM94313HMG2L.

I believe that emachines model was actually made by acer.

    Was this

the source of your downloads? it's pretty much all I could find that wasn't trying to sell the thing to me.

I can't seem to open the link.

However, the drivers I downloaded were via DriverPack Solution >> Best Drivers installation Software.
THIS is the actual link from where I got the drivers.

By the way, I just managed to read a very little written text on a sticker that said something about WLAN: Broadcom BCM94313HMG2L.

That's actually good news, I believe it's a somewhat common one used by dell and hp.
tracking it down could prove a little painful, but at least we know there is a proper driver for it around now.

Ok, the strangest thing happened last night.
The laptop "fell asleep" and when I "woke it up" the Wireless was working fine!

I have no idea what could've triggered it to work, but do you, or someone, happen to know what could've been the issue?

well keep your fingers crossed in this kind of situation it could quit working again just as easily, but since I was unable to point you directly to a newer driver, I guess we'll take what we can get.

    The issue appeared again.
It seems to go on/off when the laptop turns off/sleeps or something like that.
What could be the cause? The driver?

Edit: I also did a "netsh wlan sho dr" command and this is what I got:

    Driver: Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter
    Vendor: Broadcom
    Provider: Broadcom
    Version: 5.100.249.2 etc.

    Maybe it helps.
