Blue screen error when using ICS

I have Windows 7 PC with intel card for wireless network.
Whenever I setup an Adhoc network and connect my phone using wifi to the network within minutes I get a blue screen error.

I do have the dump file, I have attached it below. Kindly change the extension from .exe to .dmp as I am unable to attach the .dmp file.

Why do I get this error? The ICS and other required services are up in running.

Can someone help me regarding this.

    Thanking You.

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

This crash was caused by two factors. McAfee and your NETwNs64.sys (network driver.) Please remove and replace McAfee and re-install the network driver with the newest version available.
