ref erratic lap top on BT broadband

not been able to post for a while but I still have this ongoing problem - for 3 months my lap top has been erratic and twitchy..no control of cursor..jumping in and out of screens...screen and icons getting smaller then large, anyway I have tried everything, the lap top went to a shop for a health check which was all ok, I have had the BT engineers out who renewed cables , connection point and a new hub.This weekend I restored it to factory settings, anyway it still seems erratic and twitchy at certain times mainly the evening so I`m gutted as this has been a nightmare.
the engineers mentioned rein and how if a neighbour has a new electronic device or even sky it could be causing the problem. Any ideas how I can solve this? would moving the hub help? is there some sort of filter?
