So when I tried to type in the command prompt to start my network service this is what is shows me -uploadfromtaptalk1332813386854.jpg -uploadfromtaptalk1332813637956.jpg-uploadfromtaptalk1332813386854.jpg

In the first snip there is a "space" after the "/". In net localgroup the syntax has no space.

I dont know why you are running net localgroup /add from a command prompt anyway.

Because I did something to my computer and I don't know what I did and its pretty messed up and I can't get anyone to help me or at least stay on here long enough to help me. Can u help me? Do u know a lot about computers??

Usually, if you have an Internet service provider, they will assist you free of charge.

Or if you have a warranty on your computer they will also provide free support.

Need help please anyone!!!??? I've been trying over the past few days to help her get her internet up....unfortunately, she has no other computer and limited phone internet....Even worse the key sticker is unreadable...so no clean install....
