Hello Prezzz,
Here it is step-by-step
01 Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center and click on Network Adapter Settings on the left Panel
02 Right Click Local Area Connection Icon and Click on Properties
03 Select TCP/IPv4 and Click Properties
04 First note down the Preferred and Alternate DNS Address and keep then safely so that you can re-enter them in the future whenever you want
05 Then fill up 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the new PDNS and ADNS Addresses
06 Press OK all the way back.
That is it. Now try connecting to the Net and see if matters have improved.

Adapter settings > Network tab > select TCP/IP v4 > Properties > look at lower half
