Java Messing up CMD path

I changed my Environmental Path Variable for java because I was trying to find the version of Java with the java -version command but it would open then close. So i put ;"c:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin in the path. Now when I try and do the ipconfig i get "ipconfig" is not recognized.

When i type path i get
PATH=C:\Windows;C:\Windows;c:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin

How do i change this back to the default Windows\32 or whatever.

My current Environmental path is

C:\windows\system32

and the CLASSpath is

;

I looked at other forms and that is what i tried with no success.

Please Help
