I give UP, can I just reinstall Windows 7 RC (maybe it will solve the problem)? will it work with the key what I entered first time?
Yes you can and as long as the hardware doesnt change keep re-installing. A clean install is a PITA but often it turns out easier becuase it takes a finite amount of time where as troubleshooting may take more or less

If it were me I would backup and re-install

thanks :) i will do so. i've lost about 30 hours to find the problem... and now i think that I was stupid because the full instalation with all new programs will take 2 hours.

What you mean with bacup? Just copy some files, or is there a function to do this?

You do realize that both of those programs have been causing problems for people? NOD32 has been causing memory leaks and other problems and ESET has it's share of problems with Win7 also.
I use NOD32 and have had no problems. The only problem people have is due to them not uninstalling it before an upgrade.

If you want to use the backup built into windows go to the control panel>backup and restore>enable backup>point it where you want the files to be stored.

Let us know if you need help with that
